The second edition of Resilient Tourism Annual Flagship conference was organized at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 – exactly at the middle of the project’s duration. The conference provided a platform to review our progress through interactive workshops, showcase initial use cases and success stories, and strategize for the future. It was an incredible opportunity to engage with the Swiss digital tourism community and set the stage for the next steps in our journey toward a resilient and digitally advanced tourism sector.
The event brought together almost 70 key players, both internal and external to the Flagship project, to discuss the digital transformation of tourism.
Dolores Ordoñez discussed the topic ‘Unlocking the potential of the European Data Space for sustainable and resilient tourism’ where she spoke about Cyclops.
