DESCRIPTION:Join us on 28 April from 10:30 to 11:20 CET for an engaging ses
 sion on how data can transform the way we travel. This workshop offers a p
 ractical introduction to one of the key stories behind the CyclOps project
 : using data to improve how people travel\, experience\, and enjoy their h
 olidays.\n\nThe session will be opened by Dolores Ordóñez\, Managing Dir
 ector at AnySolution and expert in the digital transformation of Smart Tou
 rism Destinations. She has over 20 years of experience in European project
 s\, contributing to innovation in tourism and smart mobility at both local
  and international levels.\n\nThe presentation will be delivered by Peio O
 iz Arruti\, Innovation and Project Development specialist at AnySolution. 
 As a technology strategist\, Peio leverages cutting-edge solutions to meet
  strategic needs\, driving innovation\, efficiency\, and sustainability ac
 ross sectors.\n\nTogether\, we’ll explore how tourism data can enhance v
 isitor experiences\, how insights into tourist behaviour support better de
 cision-making for cities and businesses\, and walk through a guided exampl
 e of a tourist journey—from leaving home to returning—showing how real
