SUMMARY:CyclOps holds its Kick-Off meeting in Barcelona
DESCRIPTION:The CyclOps project has officially started in the city of Barce
 lona on 10 January 2024.\n\nThe EU- funded CyclOps project aims to facilit
 ate the adoption and production of data\, models\, and services from and f
 or data spaces to enable AI-based data-driven applications for all players
 \, business and research alike​.  The objective is to provide interope
 rable\, trustworthy and secure automatic management\, governance\, and mai
 ntenance of the entire data life cycle for large-scale volumes of data gen
 erated in heterogeneous distributed sources to enable data sharing and exc
 hange in data spaces​. \n\nThe consortium is composed of 24 partners fr
 om 11 different countries including large companies and SMEs\, Research In
 stitutes &amp\; Universities and associations. \n\nSpecifically\, CyclOps
  sets out to achieve the following objectives:\n\n 	design and develop the
  CyclOps platform to automate the generation of data processing pipelines.
  \n 	validate the solution through the deployment of four use cases linke
 d to the European Data Spaces\, spanning areas such as tourism and mobilit
 y\, the Green Deal\, public procurement\, and manufacturing.\n 	establish 
 an open ecosystem that leverages and engages with data spaces and other Eu
 ropean data sources and services\n\n \n\n
