The Horizon Europe AI, Data & Robotics Launch Event 2024, held on 22 February 2024, was organised to introduce new projects under the Horizon Europe programme, specifically in the areas of artificial intelligence, data, and robotics. The event, supported by the European Commission and the AI Data and Robotics (ADRA) association, featured presentations on current and upcoming initiatives. It provided a platform for networking, collaboration, and learning about EU funding calls and opportunities for innovation in these domains.
CyclOps participated by showcasing its contributions as a recently initiated EU-funded project. During its presentation, CyclOps outlined its focus on enabling tools and methodologies for the efficient management of data, aligned with the European Data Strategy. The project highlighted its relevance to AI and data spaces, aiming to support the creation of open, interoperable, and trusted data environments. CyclOps used this event to connect with potential collaborators and other initiatives to explore synergies and advance its objectives within the Horizon Europe framework.
The event also included sessions for matchmaking among participants, facilitating collaborations and helping to build consortia for upcoming calls in Horizon Europe and Digital Europe programmes.
